Approach

I offer open presence and create a safe space so you can feel free to explore all aspects of yourself and especially the parts of yourself and your life that feel challenging, whether that is emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, social. We start and move at the pace that feels comfortable for you. Together we can come to a greater clarity about your life journey and significant relationships.

Re-membering and Re-connecting to our own truth, our bodies as well as the body of Earth and integrating all aspects of ourselves is what brings us into alignment and fulfilment from where we can start to flow through life with inspiration, openness and presence.

In the sessions we will tap into a well of inner resources you have been gifted with, listen and follow your own knowing, through embodiment, intuition, emotions, breath, dreams, mindfulness, imagination, connection with the Earth and waters and thus empower you to help yourself and come into a more harmonious way of being in order to live a life that is meaningful, fulfilling and exciting to you.

My approach is unique and always dedicated to the deep inner exploration. However if there is a need for description, I would say my specialty is:

  • expanding awareness
  • multidimensional embodiment
  • phenomenological existential psychotherapy
  • eco psychotherapy
  • deep relational psychotherapy
  • psychedelic integration

The intimate realisation I had through my doctoral research is that connecting with myself and with others in an embodied way is an enriching more human experience, and becoming embodied makes me able to be with another in an I- Thou presence. That quenched my core longing to become fully, freely and completely who I am, and share that with another human being without doubt, reservation or holding back. Once I experienced that kind of intimate and relational depth, that became the only meaningful way of being: of trusting and allowing myself and the other being exactly what we are meant to be. And thus becoming more human for me is not about becoming something else, something other than what we are, but instead coming to an embodied awareness: remembering, acknowledging that we are already fully and wholly human just as we are in this very moment. Being in psychotherapy with that awareness radically shifts the whole game. The implication for psychotherapy and counselling psychology from this perspective is that the job of a psychotherapist is simply becoming more human, more embodied, more themselves. That is going to be transmitted to the client and that is all the support the client truly needs to be more present, to become more embodied, to become more who they are, to become more human: “Going from an all-knowing therapist to unknowing human”.

The Body is, as Body, filled with the soul through and through.
Each movement of the Body is full of soul, the coming and going,
the standing and sitting, the walking and dancing, etc.
Likewise, so is every human performance, every human production.
