4 hour workshop

Sacred Water Movement

Sunday, 2 August

3:00–7:00 pm
In the hills near

Novo mesto, Slovenija

We warmly invite you to a very special Sacred Water Movement experience in which we will honour and explore the sacred waters within and around us.

Together, we will explore our relationship with water through somatic movement, freediving-inspired breath and relaxation techniques, buoyancy, and intuitive movement—both as an individual and collective practice.

We will open a sacred container with a water ceremony and close our journey with an experimental underwater filming experience, professionally captured by an underwater filmmaker. The film will offer you the opportunity to witness your unique expression and the movement of the group within the water.

~ Be Flow~

The experience includes

• Opening circle and introduction
• Freediving-inspired breath and relaxation practices
• Somatic movement on land
• Water ceremony
• Above-water and underwater movement exploration
• Experimental underwater filming
• Integration meditation

• Snacks
